By becoming a Tropical Sno dealer you will associate yourself with the most widely recognized name and logo in the shave ice industry.  Today a widely recognized name and logo is important for any business.  Our name and logo has been the engine of growth for our business as well.  It is important that our customers understand that the name Tropical Sno and the wave and sun logo are federally registered trademakrs to be used exclusively for the sale and distribution of Tropical Sno products.

The Tropical Sno trademarks are symbols of the company, our products, and our reputation for high quality and service.  We must carefully control the use of these trademarks to protect them as valuable symbols for the public in recognizing Tropical Sno products.  If used consistently and correctly, our trademarks have the potential to last forever.

We are not a franchise and do not charge and fees or royalties to become a Tropical Sno Dealer.  However, we do require every Dealer to sign a Dealer Agreement before they can use any of the Tropical Sno products, promotional materials, printed material or display the Tropical Sno name and logo at their location.  The Dealer Agreement grants the Dealer a non-exclusive sublicense to use the Tropical Sno name and logo in conjunction with their shave ice retail business.  By signing the Dealer Agreement the Dealer agrees to use the Tropical Sno Flavors exclusively.
