Newly arrived tee shirts are now available to order on the web site. Some of the new options will offer current patterns now on color tee shirts. And a newly released Pink Flamingo, available in both ladies and men’s styles. We also have more stock on some of the shirts that were out of stock. Be sure to check them out.
Dealers that are open for business are experiencing record sales. If you are uncertain about opening then perhaps you should follow the lead of the big guys. Starbucks announced to day that they will be opening 90% of their U.S. locations beginning Monday. The Tropical Sno business is almost 100% takeout which make it very safe for the majority of our locations to open and still comply with local and national COVID-19 guidelines. We encourage you to practice good hygiene and make sure you are following local and national guidelines to protect your employees and your customers from COVID-19. Let’s roll!
As the situation around the coronavirus continues to evolve, we’d like to let you know that we are taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees so that we can continue to provide you with the highest level of support during this unique and challenging time. - For the next two weeks we will be shipping orders on Mondays and Thursdays only. We will add additional shipping days if the order volume demands it. Please place your orders early and we will ship them the next available shipping day.
- On the days we are not physically at the office we have enabled work from home capabilities so we can answer calls and e-mails in a timely manner.
- We are closely monitoring the guidelines provided by both national and local government agencies and will make additional adjustments as needed.

Due to recent changes in the sales tax laws we may be required to start collecting sales tax on purchases made by our customers. This is based on state requirements and can vary by state. Many of the products that we sell are then resold by the Dealer. These products can be exempted from sales tax on the purchase based on resale exemption.
If you are registered in your state with a sales tax resale number you can submit a signed exemption certificate with your sales tax number that will allow you to claim an exemption on the products that you purchase. It is important for us to obtain this certificate information from you in order for your account to remain exempt on your purchases.

We have sold out of the last packets of Honeydew Melon. At this time it has been discontinued.
We will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd. Both the US Postal Service and UPS will not be delivering or picking up packages on Labor Day. Please plan your ordering accordingly.
Starting in September we will be back on our off peak schedule. This schedule will last until the end of January. During this period we will be closed on Friday’s. You can still submit all orders through the web site as we will begin processing orders once we return. Thank you for your attention.
We receive phone calls frequently of customers looking for Tropical Sno businesses open in their area. Sadly some of the locations are not being updated on the web site and customers end up discouraged in not knowing if the Tropical Sno is open or closed. Please make sure to keep your locations updated as you may be missing out on potential customers and sales.
We have added another new flavor to the Tropical Sno lineup. The new flavor is Blackberry. You can order the Blackberry flavoring from the store.
We are excited to announce a new flavor to the Tropical Sno lineup. Blood Orange is now available to purchase on the site. Early taste tests have already shown to be quite popular on this new flavor.
Unfortunately Huckleberry is no longer available. We had hoped to produce Huckleberry in the new containers but a key part of the flavoring is no longer available. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Stay tuned for an announcement of some new flavors that we are excited about releasing. More information will be provided next month.
The fourth of July is 2 weeks away. Plan now to place your orders since we expect a large volume of orders leading up to the busiest time of the year. Please allow for extra processing time.
Coffee flavor is temporarily out of stock. We will be making more coffee soon in the new canisters. Once the flavoring is available it will show up on the web store. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We have started packaging some of the Tropical Sno flavoring into new containers. The flavors will be transitioned into a 5 gallon and 10 gallon container for each flavor. This should improve upon the quality of packaging for the flavors. This process though will occur over time. We will show the flavors in the store as they become available. If you do not see the flavor in the store then it isn’t yet available for purchasing in the new containers. Some of the flavors will still have quantities available in the film packets, and those will be available until they are sold out.

A reminder that our off-season hours will be active starting in September. Our offices will be closed on Friday during that time. We would suggest placing your orders via the web site as we will start processing orders in the order they are received.
Changes have been made to the online shopping. To improve performance, the shopping categories have been changed so that you can update items by the category groups. Before, each item would be added individually. With the new change, you will be able to enter the quantity of the items you would like for a category group, and then add those items at one time to the cart. This should help with the shopping experience, and specifically when ordering a list of flavors. You can still choose a layout grid if you would prefer to add the items one at a time.

We are excited to announce that our new color changing spoons are finally here. These spoons are exclusive to Tropical Sno Dealers. The spoons is 7″ in length and have Tropical Sno on the handle. Each case will have 2,000 spoons and will have 4 colors, 500 spoons of each color.

This is a good time to remind our dealers that the volume of orders will increase over the next few months. We will do our best to process as many orders as we can each business day. Depending on the size and quantity of orders received, it can take 1-3 business days to process orders. When placing your order, please allow enough time for processing to ensure that your items will arrive to your location before needed.
We have recently been informed that one of the key ingredients we use in our Kiwi flavor has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We are in the process of reformulating this flavor but do not expect to have a replacement for the 2018 season.
We have limited inventory of Kiwi in stock and the remaining inventory will be sold on a first come first serve basis. When the remaining inventory is sold we will be temporarily discontinuing Kiwi until a satisfactory replacement has been found.. Kiwi is out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience.
